A track that somehow manages to be both Scandinavian and Dancehally sounding at the same time!

Mindkilla by Gang Gang Dance. My favorite song right now.

This was my second mis-hearing of the day yesterday!

Thought it sounded a lot like Gwen Stefani (close your eyes at the start - I promise!)

Turns out it’s Wynter Gordon and the Material Girl themed Buy My Love.

Love the mock 80’s setup in this video!

Breezy pop and very danceable to! Great stuff!

“Spacetime” by Gardens & Villa

Heard this out and about yesterday and tagged it after thinking it sounded like Will Young - was quite shocked at the psychedelic change of sound.

In any case it’s not Mr. Young (though the singer’s tone and phrasing is pretty similar!)

It’s trippy, magical and oozes loveliness - enjoy…

Don’t you just hate it when your cereal goes soft?

I truly believe that the ‘plastic food clip’ is one of the greatest inventions of the 21st Century (seriously).

I might be a bit late to the party on this one but… I’m super impressed by Kellogg’s for adding an extra bit of origami wizardry to their packaging to make a cereal bag sealing method that is built in to their box!

I may be a geek but it’s a design WIN in my opinion!

AND my cornflakes are still crispy!

LANVIN Fall Winter 2011-2012 Ad Campaign

Models.

They’re pretty but this proves why they don’t move so much.

This clip is fun fun fun, congrats to Lanvin for injecting a bit of fun into their brand.

But, shame on you for not crediting the choreographer…

Melanie C - Think About It (Music Video) (HD) (by melaniecmusic)

I’m not ashamed to admit that I was a massive Spice Girls fan (no wonder I was bullied).

Great to see that Mel C is still grafting and making her music whilst some of the others have waned and chosen other more lucrative pursuits.

This is an uplifting slice of pop and bodes well for upcoming album ‘The Sea’. Enjoy.

Karin Park : Tiger Dreams

Well the cat is finally out of the bag and what a big one it is - a tiger actually!

At the end of last year I was approached by some very talented directors (Dial M Studio) to work on a viral video project to launch a great new music artist. I enlisted the help of my very talented dancer friends, worked on some choreography, some videos were filmed and all went quiet for a while…

Now it begins!

The videos that we were involved in will be out very soon (watch this space!) but in the mean time…

Am really genuinely excited about this artist, her name is Karin Park and the debut single is Tiger Dreams (from the forthcoming Tiger Dreams EP due out Sept 19th). Saw her first gig last night and it was fantastic, a dark blend of electro, trip-hop and dubstep all in a glamazon Scandinavian package! Already a Grammy winning artist in Norway - keep your eyes peeled, she’s one to watch!
